Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Aayovea Hotels & Resorts, we understand that travel plans may change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that guests are aware of terms related to modifying or canceling their reservations. All bookings are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Standard Room Bookings

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be charged an amount equal to one night’s stay. No-shows are subject to full charge of the booked reservation. Modifications to room type or dates may be treated as a cancellation and new booking unless otherwise approved.

3. Group Bookings & Events

For bookings of 5 rooms or more, or for banquet/event packages, a separate cancellation policy applies. These terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Deposits collected for group reservations may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the agreement. Early cancellation may incur penalties based on event preparation costs.

4. Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. Refund amounts will reflect deductions for any non-refundable charges, taxes, or applicable fees as outlined in your booking confirmation.

5. Special Packages & Promotions

Special offers, promotional rates, and package deals may have distinct cancellation terms, which will be clearly indicated at the time of booking. Some discounted packages may be non-refundable or partially refundable. Guests are encouraged to review the package terms before confirming the reservation.

6. Changes to Reservation

Requests to modify reservation dates or room types are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes made within 48 hours of check-in may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, incurring applicable fees. Guests are advised to notify the hotel promptly for any adjustments to their booking.

7. Force Majeure

Aayovea Hotels is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies. Guests affected by such events will be offered alternate dates or refunds at the hotel’s discretion.
