Booking & Check-In/Out Policy

1. Booking Overview

At Aayovea Hotels & Resorts, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Reservations can be made through our website, by email, or via phone. All bookings require accurate guest information including name, contact number, email, and identification documents. By completing a booking, guests agree to comply with our policies.

2. Reservation Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after payment verification. Guests will receive a confirmation email detailing room type, dates, and any special requests. In case of discrepancies, guests should contact our reservations team immediately. Confirmed bookings are non-transferable and must be used by the individuals listed at the time of reservation.

3. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Additional charges for services, taxes, or extra amenities will be collected upon check-in or check-out. Guests are responsible for any bank or transaction fees.

4. Check-In Policy

Standard check-in time is from 9:00 AM onwards. Early check-in may be allowed based on room availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in. Minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Special requests such as room preferences or additional bedding should be communicated in advance.

5. Check-Out Policy

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur extra charges. Guests are responsible for settling all outstanding bills, including minibar, services, or damages before departure. Early check-out does not guarantee a refund for unused nights.

6. Modifications & Amendments

Guests may request changes to their booking, such as dates or room type, subject to availability. Changes made within 48 hours of arrival may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, which may incur additional charges. Any modifications must be approved by the hotel reservations team.

7. Group & Corporate Bookings

For bookings of 5 or more rooms, corporate events, or banquet reservations, separate terms may apply. Deposits and cancellation fees for group bookings will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Special requirements must be discussed in advance to ensure availability and compliance with hotel policy.

8. Liability

Aayovea Hotels is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes and secure their valuables. The hotel is not liable for interruptions due to natural events, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
