1. General Terms
Welcome to Aayovea Hotels & Resorts. By accessing or using our services, website, or facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. All guests must provide accurate and complete information during booking, including identification and contact details. Any false or incomplete information may lead to reservation cancellation.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed with valid payment. Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the guest. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or not compliant with our policies. Bookings are non-transferable and can only be used by the individuals listed at the time of reservation.
3. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other accepted payment methods. Full or partial prepayment may be required for certain packages or group bookings. Any failure to make payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking. Guests are responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All room rates, packages, and services are subject to applicable taxes and service charges as per government regulations. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers, discounts, and packages are valid only for specified dates and conditions.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is from 9:00 AM onwards, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed based on room availability and may incur additional charges. All guests must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in. Minimum age for check-in is 18 years.
6. Cancellation & Refund
Guests can cancel reservations up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur charges equivalent to one night stay. No-shows will result in full charge of the booked amount. Group or event bookings may have separate cancellation terms outlined at the time of booking.
7. Child and Extra Bed Policy
Children under 6 years can stay free when using existing bedding. Extra beds or cribs are available upon request and may incur additional charges. Children must always be accompanied by an adult during their stay. Special requests for bedding arrangements should be communicated in advance.
8. Pet Policy
Pets are generally not allowed in guest rooms or public areas. Exceptions are made only for service animals with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of stay. Guests are requested to inform the hotel in advance regarding any service animal requirements.
9. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards hotel property, staff, and other guests. Loud noise, illegal activities, or damage to property is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Management reserves the right to refuse service or request immediate checkout in case of violation without refund.
10. Liability
Aayovea Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests. While we maintain high security standards, guests are encouraged to use room safes and keep valuables secure. The hotel is also not liable for delays or disruptions caused by natural events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics, Aayovea Hotels reserves the right to alter bookings, modify services, or cancel reservations without liability. Guests will be informed promptly and alternate arrangements may be offered where possible.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and trademarks displayed on our website or promotional material are property of Aayovea Hotels. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
13. Changes to Terms
Aayovea Hotels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a new revision date. Guests are encouraged to review these terms periodically for changes that may affect their booking or stay.
